For more than a decade Tania has lived, and worked as an Executive Coach and Trainer, in Singapore and Hong Kong. She has travelled and worked extensively in the Asia Pacific Region, The Middle East and Europe, working with clients within a range of industries including Financial Services, the Government, Pharmaceuticals, publishing and advertising. Individual projects have included training the successful Beijing Olympic team pitch for the 2008 Olympic Games, and coaching the first Singapore Everest expedition team to communicate effectively with the media. Tania has used her extensive experience to partner clients in the development of several in-house training and development programmes.

Tania’s early experience included a successful career of 17 years in managerial and consultancy positions within Blue Chip companies in Paris, London, Madrid and Rome. Her first hand experience of advertising, account management, market research, sales and marketing, have given her clear insight as to how coaching and training can be used to great effect in initiating change and achieving significant results. Her fluency in 5 languages has been a significant factor in her understanding of the importance and potential impact of clear communication and her appreciation of the challenges of working within multi-cultural environments.
